(Help) Bleach fanfic

Okay so I'm doing my Bleach fanfic over.. Mostly due to the fact that I can no longer work with a female main character and my story document files were on the laptop I gave away =|.
I have ideas for most of the Gotei 13 (Captains & Lieutenants) but I need help figuring out the rest..
If you like you can make your own character too and I'll put it in, if not, a little help would be nice.

Why are some people in need of a Zanpakuto but not a Character you ask? This is because I already have the character in mind but not a Zanpakuto for them.

How broken we talking here?
I mean if you need something unbeatable there is always reality manipulation or space-time control.

If you need something strong but beatable you can always do gravity manipulation(which theoretically could just fall into space-time).


Also black on black makes things hard to read @.@

If you need something strong but beatable you can always do gravity manipulation(which theoretically could just fall into space-time).

Sorry, I was too lazy to change it xD. For the Squad 12, beatable ONLY by the Captain-Commander (Who's OP as shit...)Reality Manipulation would fall under Illusionary Zanpakuto's, would it not?
Either way, I just need something really really OP. If you can help, much appreciated

You know that's a good question on what it would fall under. I think if it was a fake reality manipulation it might be illusionary but true reality manipulation would probably fall under it's own type or just one of the unclassified zanpakuto.
As far as powers would be conscerned for reality manipulation...honestly that'd just be plot convenience. With the ability to alter reality you can literally have the character do anything.

But unless your Captain-Commander is a transient being then I have no way how he would beat true reality manipulation.

Nevermind the Zanpakuto, I figured it out!  It's a Kido-Type inspired by Elfen Lied xD.
In Shikai, his katana deteriorates making his opponents believe he's defenseless and then charge up to him. Later, his opponent is chopped in half/beheaded. This is because in Shikai, his sword takes the form of a dozen invisible arms all wielding a black katana with white edges that are capable of extending over 200 feet (debating if this should be higher or lower). The swords are capable of cutting reishi (Example: Somewhat blasts a fire move against him, the sword can cut the move in half, splitting the fire move to go around the wielder - deceiving enemies that he has a shield).

All I need is a Bankai and I'm golden... Although I was maybe thinking instead of 12 arms there's 48 and it stretches to 500-1000 feet.

(Let's name him Junshiro for argument's sake) 

      Junshiro was born mute, meaning he could not speak, also, he was renowned as one of the smartest persons ever known to Soul Society, which caused him to graduate from the Spritual Arts Academy quickly and placed in the 12th Division. Not before long, his rank escalated to Lieutenant.
During the 2nd Arc (Arrancar), it is revealed that information regarding Lieutenants & Captains from the Shinigami Research and Development Institute (SRDI) is being transferred to a network located in Hueco Mundo. Initially, the suspect was the 3rd seat who was caught on multiple occassions in suspiscious events, the last one being when she was found in front of a computer when the file was being transferred.
The Captain (Keiko Tsuadasa) was to announce her findings and the culprit at the next Captains Meeting with her two suspects standing by (Junshiro & 3rd seat). To everyone's surprise, Keiko revealed Junshiro to be the culprit. Junshiro then begans smirking then laughing maniacally, much to everyone's surprise that he is capable of speech.
Junshiro reveals he has been concealing his true power ever since he attended the Spiritual Arts Academy, he has been concealing his reiatsu at 15% of his actual power and proclaims himself actually stronger than all Captains. Junshiro then looks at Keiko and compliments her intelligence but tells her that she is not even half his level and escapes the building. A lieutenant then announces to all of Soul Society than he is rogue and he is to be killed on-sight. Junshiro first encounters Squad 11 Lieutenant, Takara Yamane who confronts Junshiro in an attempt to prevent him from waking her captain, Takeshi Kenpachi. Junshiro easily evades Takara and heads on but is blocked off by Mitsuaki Saisei, one of the fastest persons in Soul Society along with Sakura Shihoin and Hikari Takahashi (Squad 2 Lieutenant & Captain respectively). Junshiro reveals he can easily take them all on at the same time and releases his full reiatsu, which cause all opponents before him to crumble to the ground due to the sheer pressure. Takara warns Junshiro by saying "You shouldn't have done that..." as Takeshi Kenpachi races towards Junshiro, maniacally laughing, apparently woken up by his sheer reiatsu and strikes Junshiro in half. 
It is revealed that Junshiro created a clone of himself from a finger-tip worth of reishi and cuts Takeshi from a distance.

MUCH LATER

Junshiro reveals his true Zanpakuto, the Zanpakuto with a dozen arms and swords and is questioned by his Captain saying she had seen his Zanpakuto before and that was not it. Junshiro then begins insulting her intelligence by saying he manufactured a fake-Zanpakuto with the powers of an actual Zanpakuto. He takes out both Zanpakuto's and begins battling the Captain-Commander.
