It most likely crashed into the ocean. All of those innocent people didn't deserve to die.

This is why I will never go on a plane. It's too dangerous these days. If I want to travel somewhere like Australia I would rather ride on a boat. Probably more safer.

Agreed. I've been in a plane once and only once and I feared for my life. If the plane was to crash I would know that I would perish when it hits the ground. A plane crashes less often than vehicles but has a higher chance of death.
Not being a 'momma's boy' or anything but I would not feel safe or comfortable in a plane unless my mother is next to me.

I don't really care if the trips are longer just as long as you get to your destination safely. In fact, I prefer they be longer because this way you get to see things you normally wouldn't on a plane or a normal cruise ship.

Someone should make some sort of bridge that can be driven on though.

You don't hear of boats sinking or crashing that often though.

Also, walking down the street isn't safe in some places but at the same time it's safe in others. So you can't say it's not safe entirely.
